I can't thank the people of Springfield Speaker Repair enough! I ordered a 3JL12 kit to repair my subwoofers, but upon receiving the confirmation email saying they were ready to ship I noticed I had fat-fingered and ordered 3JL10 by mistake. I quickly reached out to them, told them it was totally my fault and asked if they could fix it. I didn't hear back, saw it shipped and I was waiting to return them. My package showed up and it had been fixed! Fast, quality product, and correct(despite my boneheadedness). If I would have had to swap them I would be down another week because of my schedule. Thanks again! Your team is awesome!

Had the kit I needed in stock and fairly priced. I refoamed a set of woofers with their kit 4 years ago and they're still going strong with heavy abuse. Just got my second set of foams from them and I'm stoked. Cool place to get speaker parts and they have a pretty good selection of vintage gear as well.

Never an issue nope never a single problem. I've ordered 3 coils from here already and they've all been top notch. They have things not many does and I'm so thankful for them. Thank you springfield speaker.

I've ordered from these guys a few times now and they always get me taken care of quickly. Once I had a mishap and ordered the wrong speaker foams, they didn't hesitate to get me the correct size shipped out. I'll definitely come back to these guys for all my speaker related needs.

Purchased a refoam kit for Altec 411-8As. Came with everything needed including comprehensive instructions. My 40 yr old drivers are now good as new! BTW the 50 Hz centering method works like a charm and makes voice coil alignment trivial.

I went to their website and typed in the model number of my subwoofer and then ordered the surround repair kit that came up for my model subwoofer. The foam surrounds were too big, but I contacted them by email and they sent the correct size. Excellent service!

I ordered the wrong part the first time and thought I might have the second time, too. I contacted Springfield Speaker, and they not only confirmed my second order was correct but also gave great instructions on adjusting the fitment for a quality repair. The prompt and professional reply was very much appreciated, as well as the tips for proper fitting and installing the repair. 100% recommend that you need help with speakers (or any of their other services, to be honest), they're fantastic to work with!

Great company time and time again. They had some very hard to get coils. I bought them and a few others types of voice coils and they are a perfect fit. There shipping is fast, it's packed great and they have good customer service.
